Anaïs Laforêt
Bio
Anaïs is a young photojournalist who explores issues related to territories. Particularly drawn to the Middle East, she recently undertook a mission in 2024 to document and protect civilians in the occupied territories of the West Bank.
Photography remains her primary medium of expression,even in her mediation work, and through it, she launched Taayush, a charitable project exhibited in Paris and Marseille, which has raised funds for pacifist organizations in Israel and Palestine.
Passionate about things related to life, conflict and peace, she is currently studying geopolitics and human rights. Her values of peace and justice, combined with law, art, and human connection, naturally led her to work on the exhibition project for the the artists of Art To Face.
Her work is an ode to openness and observation, and she seeks to delve deeper into the the living beings fractures across the globe.
